Terms and Conditions
By participating in the auction you commit yourself to comply with the following requirements. Your registration will also be checked and if you do not fill in your details correctly, you will be immediately removed from the registration.
- You can register under your personal name or through the company. If you register via a company, please fill in the correct details as well as your VAT number. This can be important for countries outside Belgium if they want to receive an invoice at 0 rate. Naturally, the price will then be stated ex VAT on the invoice.
- The prices you offer include VAT at 21% and there are no other administration or auction costs. For sale by company, see previous entry.
- If you have a winning bid, you will receive an email informing you what you have won. Only then will you receive an email with the corresponding invoice. This will contain the data you created via your login.
- You undertake to make the payment within 7 days after receipt of the invoice. If you are designated as the winner, the purchase is subject to a payment obligation that cannot be cancelled.
- If you would like to make a payment plan, this must first be agreed in consultation. A payment plan is always an option.
- The deadline for collecting the koi is stated in the information. If you cannot meet this requirement, consultation is required. You can discuss this by contacting aredonk@interkoi.eu
- IMPORTANT: for auctions that may take place in the autumn or winter (from November to March 31), the koi may hibernate FREE of charge, unless stated otherwise. The latest pre-collection date is then April 15 of the following season.
- If the koi is not paid within the set term, you agree that a legal case will be started and a fine will be charged at the rate of 10 euros / day after the specified payment term stated on the invoice and you will be responsible be made for court costs. We will use the collection agency Trivion.be
- In the event of a dispute, only the court of Turnhout has jurisdiction.
