The Narita Azukari Festival.
I was able to purchase ten tosai of 15-22 cm at the Narita event of June 18, 2023. I have not yet offered these on the website, because I first want to present them through this auction and possibly sell them. If I am unable to sell them, I will put them on the website but with a different price tag. Omiya san, the manager of Narita's weekly event puts it in the following words: "Our highly popular Breeding Contest Event returns for the 14th time! Just like last year, we will be breeding these Koi for free in our concrete pond until this fall. We invite you to test your eye for quality koi while enjoying professional breeding. This time we are offering high quality Showa (born 2022) from Sekiguchi Koi Farm. "All Koi include azukari until this fall." To summarize for potential buyers: the koi will stay in the best breeding in the world, namely at Narita, until the autumn, after which they will come to Arendonk where they will be cared for during the winter. koi cost is FREE. The koi must then be collected between April 1-15, 2024. The prices shown do not include transport costs. It is currently impossible to give an accurate indication of price, but I estimate this according to current data about 150 euros/koi. The correct calculation will be communicated at the time of transport and must then also be paid. A unique opportunity to acquire azukari koi and raise them in a top breeding facility.
